For over a decade, Scientel Solutions has welcomed interns into our Aurora headquarters, offering them a genuine entry point into the world of technology. The program has always been about providing real, hands-on experience from day one. Not any busy work or coffee runs.
This summer, we’re proud to host a new group of talented interns. Our 2026 interns have already spent over a month working on meaningful projects across multiple departments, including Marketing, IT Networking, Sales, NOC Operations, and more.
Real Work, Real Impact
From the very beginning, our interns are treated as valuable members of the team. They don’t just observe, they also contribute. Some of their work include:
- Configuring network equipment
- Monitoring and supporting operations in our Network Operations Center (NOC)
- Creating marketing content for social media and campaigns
- Gaining hands-on experience with enterprise tools
- Collaborating on real-client facing projects

I Path to a Career
For many interns, Scientel becomes more than just a summer job. Many return for multiple summers, and some go to join the team full-time. Christian Averill joined us as a NOC intern last summer and, after the program ended, decided to join us for another summer as a Network Engineer Intern. His journey shows how the skills and relationships built during the internship can open the door to greater opportunities and lasting career growth.
