Scientel Solutions (Scientel) has partnered with White Eagle Golf Club (WEGC) to enhance their member experience through the integration of new technology, in and out of the clubhouse.
WEGC had limited to no technology infrastructure in the areas of golfer experience, course maintenance and security. Scientel designed and implemented a complete upgrade to these systems, improving golfer experience through unmatched video and audio entertainment outlets and new driving range and short area practice facility systems. These upgrades have given WEGC a competitive edge in attracting clients for small and large gatherings such as weddings, corporate meetings, social outings, and golf tournaments.
The new system provides the latest High-Speed Broadband Internet coverage to areas including the locker rooms, driving range, outdoor patios and scoreboard – spanning over 150,000 square feet in total coverage. The new equipment also allows for streaming of music and announcements throughout the entire property including coverage on the driving range, outdoor event space and practice facilities. Additionally, Scientel installed several Avigilon video security cameras with analytics that span throughout the interior and exterior of the property via a network video recorder server, allowing for real-time updates and recording features to ensure the safety standards of all guests and employees. Additionally, 8 new state-of-the-art Avigilon cameras will be installed for the upcoming 71st Illinois Open Championship August 3rd – 5th allowing for unprecedented views of the greens and fairways from the clubhouse and hospitality tents.

Post installation, Scientel will continue to support WEGC by providing ongoing user training and troubleshooting as needed.
