Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist

Overview/Summary

We are seeking a sharp, sales-minded individual with data analysis and research skills. This individual will utilize data to complement existing marketing and sales programs; while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company goals. The Sales Operations Specialist will partner closely with the Scientel Solutions leadership team and work cross-functionally with multiple departments in order to develop tools for market research and sales activity resulting in utilizing and interpreting data in a strategic manner.
Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for maintaining the Salesforce CRM database
• Project manager for Salesforce application development, CPQ and Service Cloud
• Internal “go to” for use of Salesforce system; developing procedures and training
• Create and maintain user licenses, roles and profiles
• Maintain data integrity – file imports and working with marketing, sales, engineering and leadership team to capture data
• Monitor neglected leads, opportunities, accounts and contacts
• Brainstorm and develop reports, views and dashboards within Salesforce
• Update existing reports, create new and respond to ad hoc requests
• Build reports that incorporate financial data against sales activity
• Maintain library of materials and digital files within Salesforce
• Assist in facilitating the professional selling process; opportunity tracking, bid material development, presentations, customer profiles, etc.
• Key contributor within the sales process, leveraging customer and market data to facilitate the analysis of sales and marketing activities used to develop plans
• Establish an internal bid office, leveraging data within Salesforce and from Business Development Managers
• Serve as a key contributor on integration with ERP system
• Other duties as required.

Minimum Experience and Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning, CPQ and Service Cloud preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-driven, highly motivated and detail-oriented
• Well organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Ability to interpret a broad array of data and develop reports
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard business programs
• Understanding of professional selling processes and B2B preferred
• In-depth knowledge of using Salesforce processes for business applications and integration with ERP systems preferred
